"Good communication. We were delayed a few hours but Samuel stayed I'm contact and met us at the door when we arrived. He also sent us travel recommendations. Property was very clean and it's in a great location for exploring Paris and we felt very safe walking around at night. Metro station at both ends of the road. Comfy bed. Good sized room for Paris I think 2 coffee pods and 2 tea bags provided. Shops close walk away. Apartment is on the 6th floor but there is a tiny lift."

"No long mirror or any mirror in bedroom just the round bathroom mirror. Difficult for 2 young women getting ready. No extra pillows- requested but told no Would be good if some milk sachets/sugar was provided as well. Helpful for late arrivals No little light or light switch next to the bed. Plug socket is only on one side of the bed."

"The location is fantastic! An apartment is small but has everything what is needed for a few days. The big advantage is a tiny elevator in the building because the apartment is on the 7th floor. The greeter Samuel was friendly and always in contact if you need help."

"Very good location, close or at a few metro stops from many major attractions. The studio is quite small but for me it had all the amenities I needed, at a close distance :) It's unexpectedly quiet for such a central location. The elevator was OK for me but it can be challenging if you have some big luggage - it is the smallest elevator I've ever seen, some 60cm per 70cm or so. Samuel , the person who gave me the keys, contacted me in the morning by sms and was waiting for me there when I arrived. The housekeeper appeared at 10am sharp, so be prepared to leave on time."

"there is no closet per se and there were only 3 hangers on a space to be used as closet, for short clothes only. The towels are OK but the rest of the bathroom supplies are under the average I'm used with (3 and 4 stars hotels) The shutters were not working but you can use the drapes, and need to do it as the window is at a few meters from other windows, in the interior yard."
